Quick Answer
Tasheel is the network of MOHRE-authorised service centres in the UAE that processes labour-related transactions on behalf of employers — work permits, employment visa applications, contract attestation, and Wage Protection System registrations.
Tasheel is the name of MOHRE's service-centre channel and of its eServices system (MOHRE's eServices login runs at eservices.mohre.gov.ae/TasheelWeb). Employers use it for many actions regarding their workers — applying for a work permit, signing an employment contract under MOHRE's standard form, renewing a labour card, registering for the Wage Protection System (WPS), or filing a labour complaint — flows through a Tasheel centre.
PRO companies submit much of their employment-related work through these centres. An employer can also go to a centre directly; MOHRE's documentation requirements apply either way.
Tasheel centres charge their own service fee per transaction on top of any government fees. ZETUP PRO handles all Tasheel transactions as part of its retainer with no markup on government fees.
To find a centre near you, MOHRE lists its approved centres on its Approved Services Centers page, under Business Services and Guidance Centers (https://mohre.gov.ae/en/services/approved-services-centers). The official MOHRE UAE app also lists MOHRE offices sorted by nearest, with each office's address and working hours. For the elderly, pregnant women and People of Determination, MOHRE offers Tawseel, where an approved centre's equipped vehicle delivers the service to the customer's door.
