Quick Answer
Tasheel is the network of MOHRE-authorised service centres in the UAE that processes labour-related transactions on behalf of employers — work permits, employment visa applications, contract attestation, and Wage Protection System registrations.
Tasheel was launched by MOHRE (the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation) to take labour transactions out of MOHRE offices and into private service centres. Today, almost every action an employer takes regarding their workers — applying for a work permit, signing an employment contract under MOHRE's standard form, renewing a labour card, registering for the Wage Protection System (WPS), or filing a labour complaint — flows through a Tasheel centre.
PRO companies submit the bulk of their employment-related work through Tasheel. As an employer you can also walk into a Tasheel centre yourself, but the documentation requirements are strict and rejections are common for paperwork that doesn't match MOHRE's exact specifications.
Tasheel typing fees are typically AED 100–300 per transaction on top of any government fees. ZETUP PRO handles all Tasheel transactions as part of its retainer with no markup on government fees.
