The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) has two main sign-in points: its eServices portal for business transactions and the MOHRE UAE app. This guide is built from MOHRE's own login pages, its Work Bundle page and the app's official store listing, read on 25 October 2026.
How to log in to MOHRE
Quick answer: Go to MOHRE's eServices login page at eservices.mohre.gov.ae and sign in with UAE PASS, or with your user name, password and answer if you already have MOHRE credentials. On a phone, use the Ministry's official app, listed as MOHRE UAE on the App Store and MOHRE on Google Play.

Logging in to MOHRE eServices
The login page, headed "Welcome To Tasheel", offers two options:
- UAE PASS, the national digital identity.
- Login Using Credentials: fields for a user name, a password and an answer.
The same page links a User Guide, a Create Super User option and an EIDA Reader toolkit for Emirates ID card readers. MOHRE's call centre number, 600590000, and the ILOE Quick Pay link sit at the top of the page.
Linking UAE PASS to an existing MOHRE account
The first time you sign in with UAE PASS, MOHRE asks: "Do you have an online account with MOHRE Application?"
The page then notes that your UAE PASS account will be linked to your existing profile, or that a profile will be established based on your UAE PASS account, and that this is a one-time process: future logins through UAE PASS are seamless (MOHRE).
What the MOHRE UAE app lets you do
The app's official listing describes services by role (App Store):
- Workers: view your labour contract, file a complaint about an unpaid salary, read FAQs.
- Company owners: renew a labour card, pay for a work permit, cancel an unused work permit, register an absconding case electronically, request a bank guarantee refund, and cancel a worker who is outside the country.
- Inquiries (by login permission): 11 inquiry services, including labour card information, company information, latest transactions, work permit status and the company's transaction list.

The Work Bundle login
The Work Bundle handles new-employee onboarding, work permit renewal and work permit cancellation on one platform. MOHRE states that employers, employees and the relevant government entities log in to it securely with UAE PASS (MOHRE). When we read it on 25 October 2026, workinuae.ae offered applications in Dubai through Invest in Dubai and listed Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah as "Coming Soon". Checking a status without logging in
MOHRE's public enquiry portal, inquiry.mohre.gov.ae, checks an application, a work permit or a company file mostly by transaction number, and the approved contract can be viewed by transaction number or Emirates ID number. See our MOHRE enquiry services guide.
Staying on official sites
Use only addresses ending in mohre.gov.ae and the app published by the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation. A site that is not MOHRE's and asks for your Emirates ID, UAE PASS details or card number to "log in to MOHRE" is not official.
