Dubai Healthcare City occupies a creek-side district near Oud Metha and Umm Hurair, minutes from Bur Dubai. It was established as the region's first integrated healthcare free zone, combining hospitals and clinics with medical universities, diagnostic labs, and pharmaceutical and wellness companies.

DHCC is a free zone regulated by the Dubai Healthcare City Authority. Clinical and professional licensing — for doctors, nurses, clinics, and medical activities — is handled by the authority's own regulatory arm, which is separate from ordinary commercial setup. ZETUP PRO does not perform clinical credentialing; we handle the corporate, immigration, and document side that every DHCC entity still needs.

For DHCC clients we cover free-zone company formation, residence and work visas for medical and administrative staff, attestation of medical degrees and certificates of good standing, and Golden Visa applications for specialist physicians who qualify.
