The challenge

The client had been with the same PRO firm for 4 years — long enough to accumulate AED 200,000+ in unexplained 'service charges' over the previous 12 months alone, on top of an opaque retainer.

Two visas had expired without renewal in the previous 6 months, triggering AED 1,000-per-month overstay fines and blocking new hires until the issue was cleared.

What we did
